A shared whiteboard.

With the Whiteboard application, you and your friends can draw at the same time on a whiteboard. Everyone will see the the drawings of other users in real time. It's possible to download a screenshot of the whiteboard to remember your beautiful drawings.

Unite will no longer work in new versions of Opera.

It doesn't work in Opera 11.61 - neither v1.3 (fake) nor 1.2 (author's version)!

Loko0 Version 1.1 runs on Opera 11 with restrictions. You need version 1.2

I do not really understand all the details, but if Opera Software actually abandoned Opera.Unite, then enthusiasts should try to save the idea. May be opportunities to make some Open Source version of this? I would like to see support for this in Mozilla Firefox :-)

The technology Opera.Unite has the luxury perspective. All the same I hope that Opera Software is simply not have enough resources (hands, minds, time) to devote more attention to this. I hope all the same manufacturer will return to finalize many of its developments, including such a miracle as Opera.Unite!

Once again, thank you for the drawing program. If you're wondering Opera.Unite I offer you my friendship and co-writing perspective Opera.Unite applications! ;-) I'm at the stage of learning the technology, but I am very quick learner and I have a lot of creativity!

Even if Opera Software does not check for new applications or improve existing ones, anyway we can create them and place somewhere else?

I think that Opera has abandoned Opera Unite.
The version 1.2 is in the state "Applications being reviewed" since May and I haven't seen any new Opera Unite application for a long time.

The author gave me version 1.2, which according to him did not pass validation (check) by Opera Software.

why cant i download 1.2 ? it only shows 1.1 for me and im using 11.11

trying to view unite.opera.com/application/491/1.2 tells me that my 'device' is not allowed to use that version ...

hmmm that would be a very nice tool if it worked right. unfortunately i have problems... cant see drawings of others and others cant see my drawing =( . if i choose "Download a screenshot of the whiteboard" it saves me a picture which are the picture of the description ("powered by OPERA software").

Thats sad because i would like to us it =)

i have opera 11 build 1190 and win7

Hi, I have the same problem. Other people cannot see my drawing. And when I draw something ale reload page, it disappear.

I have Opera 11.00 (build 1156) and latest version of Whiteboard.

Which browsers (and versions) do they use ?

using the latest version now 10.6 (mac)
i can see other people's drawings , but when they load it the whiteboard is always blank for them
no one can see the picture i put on the whiteboard..
hope you could arrange that! =D
