Publish and store your running trainings. Brag with your total weekly distance! Read other people's logs so you know you have to train harder.
Reread your monthly archives or generate simple statistics for every time range. A coloured bar shows your percentage of training hours at a certain intensity. If it's turning too red, you might be pushing too hard!
