Though, there are some strings in Japanese: one appears when you close a tab (タブを閉じてもよろしいですか? and seems to ask whether you really want to close it) and another one (ID抽出タブ追加 that seems to mean something like extract to tab) creates a tab and two pickup patterns from any tweet.
There is a config Tab in the application where you can write custom css. If you write your own CSS set, I can include it in the application, so that you can import it. The one I used to use was this. http://edvakf.googlepages.com/twicli.html The style was not written by me, and I would like to minimize forks from the original.

is working. You need to download it, then change .zip to .ua.
If you can't download it, github is under maintainance then.
