A simple way to upload files to your machine from anywhere.
The Document Courier service is a simple way to upload files to your computer from anywhere. Allow your friends to send files directly to your computer with the click of a button. Just send them the unique service URL and your editable upload password.
The Document Courier maximum directory size has a default size of 350 MB, but is now customizable.
NOTE: The new Document Sync service allows you to automatically back up the contents of a specified directory to a remote computer running Document Courier.
I need help. I don't understand how this works. I have installed also Document sync. What I would is to use these two apps as dropbox. I have my two pc, one at home and one at office. I would have continuously synchronized both the pc. how to do? How to fix the addresses? thanks
nice. A tool send file to your computer from Web. But how about the security, is safe enough.May be he modify or delete your file by mistaken. After all, it's a good stuff.
Help! No matter what I do I keep getting this message "The password provided was incorrect." in the Document Courier. Two computer sitting side by side on the same network.
This app does have some of the same functionality of the inbox app but there are some key differences and it depends on what you are trying to do. With Document Courier you can use another of the apps called Document Sync that allows you to upload whole folders at a time (instead of one file at a time). It can also monitor that folder on the remote machine and always keep them in sync.
You can change the directory by going to the apps properties in opera. (It's part of unite and not this app) Typically you right click on the app icon in opera and go to it's properties.
I have File Sharing and Document Courier set for the same folder, but I would like assign a different folder to the Document Courier and cannot figure out how to do it.
A great tool. I have an idea to improve the Document Courier service. After starting an upload the user have no information about the upload status or a general information that the upload is running
To show the current upload status implement an status bar.
thanks
