Thanks for a nice app! But is it possible to get the streams open in VLC or another program than WMP?

Opera Unite seems to be better for full files and site hosting.
Wake on lan works with winamp remote as well if you set up some port forwarding.

I think as well, FLAC is a preferred standard. But by biggest wish is:
Unattended Web Radio mode!
======================
What's this?
On the server side I assign a playlist or set a folder focus for shuffle mode.
The client does not need to actively select songs. He just clicks the URL once and then listens to the Web Radio.
Advanced mode: Remote Control!
=========================
What's this?
In a WLAN scenario it would be advantageous to have the server wired to the network hub and control the Web Radio remotely via WLAN from a second browser client.
Ultimate mode: Jukebox!
==================
What's this?
Instead of working with static predefined playlists, it should be possible to assign from the remote control permanently new songs to a dynamical playlist-queue. Just a real jukebox!
Result:
I could use all my old stereo systems with cheap WLAN Web Radio receivers and could control them from a netbook all over my house!
