The stream media app supports a large number of audio formats (much better than the Media player app, which only supports mp3!). But, with Opera's policy on supporting open standards in mind, why is not open formats as FLAC and Ogg included?
It doesn't make sense... At least here in Norway, FLAC and Ogg are now formats used by government websites to publish audio files. And Opera Unite apps should support it to!

It would be nice if it were a bit more in line designwise with the other apps...
As for ogg vorbis support, i think that has more to do with the plugin used to show the files than anything opera has to do with.
Looking forward to the development of this app!

In both applications the client selects a file and pulls it.
I rather expected "Stream media" to push files from the server, which would be a simple way to build my own web radio station.
