This application is the very best for Opera Unite so far. I use it in conjonction with a local apache server and it appears to be faster than the unite webserver app. Feel free to take a look: http://oldkid.selfip.net/localhost
При вводе адреса типа "xxx.yyy.operaunite.com/hostname/sitename" не грузятся ни картинки, ни CSS, не переходит по ссылкам на другие страницы - ссылки имеют вид "xxx.yyy.operaunite.com/hostname/page.php" вместо "xxx.yyy.operaunite.com/hostname/sitename/page.php".
Works fine and serves my Apache2-Tomcat Java ServerPages and Servlets. The only problem seems to be that websites must have charset UTF-8. ISO-8859-1 websites for example are displayed with rubbish characters.
Hello ! I'm getting that same "An error occured. See error log for details" when trying to publish my Wordpress through MAMP. Wordpress uses PHP and my directory has sub directories in it. I'd really like it to get your app working, and I think it could be really useful for people working on a CMS while they haven't already get a domain name. Any ideas to solve it ?
No, I would eventually like to send commands from a pc to an embedded controller eventually. But before investing into a development board of some sort, I wanted to test out the concepts and I thought that using opera mini might be the way to go in short term.
I tried compiling my C code and changed the .exe extension to .cgi and placed it in the folder that I my web proxy application points to, but it didn't work. Obviously I'm going the wrong way about it, or not doing all the steps needed. I thought may be if I can run a simple hello world code and print it just by entering the URL in the browser, but that doesn't work either.
I am new to html and am trying to send some data to a server using forms (get and post methods). Does any one know how I can load a cgi scrip (written in C) to opera unite server and test a simple program?
Do I need web proxy app? How do I compile the C code? Do I use the .exe file after compiling? Where on server folder do I keep it (or does it matter?)
Thank you for your help or pointing me in the right direction.
Good work :-)
