Provides remote access to local Web Server, allows executing PHP/Perl/Python/etc scripts.
Web Proxy provides fully-functional remote access to local Web Server, allows executing PHP/Perl/Python/etc scripts. Now it also accelerates static content delivery.
Useful for developers who demonstrate clients uncompleted web-projects.
Supports: GET/POST methods, AJAX calls, Cookie authorization, redirections and other.
Requires: local Web Server like Apache/nginx/etc.
Web Proxy обеспечивает полнофункциональный удаленный доступ к локальному веб-серверу, позволяя исполнять скрипты PHP/Perl/Python и т.д. Теперь с ускорением загрузки статического контента.
Удобно использовать разработчикам для демонстрации клиентам незавершенных веб-проектов.
Поддерживает: методы GET/POST, AJAX-вызовы, авторизацию через Cookie, редиректы и другое.

If you have just a local directory with html-files, you need a program Web Server

You gave me the idea to write a version of "Web Proxy" to do a proxy for web sites. One caveat - web sites always will see the same browser - Opera, which launched the "Web Proxy".
But can write more complex code in a query to all the headers were transferred from the original request.
In any case, the IP will be from browser Opera.

Localy i have DirectorySlash set to OFF in Apache config, but this app doesn't count on that.
Localy aceessing [ip]/dir also puts me to [ip]/dir/ and it works great,
this application however has an alias or whatsoever which doesn't work,
accessing the [operaunite]/localhost/dir doesn't display it properly - images in "dir" are told to apache to be displayed in upper dir (which brings 404 error).
Please dev, fix it

The program code contains the area in which mention 'https', but I'm not sure that this support is fine. (Because there is a hard call to _http_ + url + params ...)

I have successfully run several copies of this program with different hosts. Requires that you manually edit the configuration file. More details please see my blog. (It is in russian language. I ventured to make a new version of the program. Added support for binary data from the script. (Eg when PHP gives the picture - a graphic counter) more info in the blog in Russian language.
